A Homecoming to Feminine Power and Presence
A 9-day immersion in feminine leadership, presence, and power in Tanzania. Built for the women who lead, and are ready to lead from the body, not just the title.
Lake Eyasi, Tanzania | Feminine leadership, presence, power | Designed and facilitated for your group
Is this for you?
They are moving through a significant transition and need space to mark it consciously
They have led from the neck up for years and are ready to lead from the whole body
You want a circle experience that goes deeper than a workshop or an offsite
Their power needs room to expand, not just another panel to sit on
Something in them is asking to be seen and celebrated, and it is time to say yes to that
Nine days at the edge of the world
Lake Eyasi is one of the most remote and primordial landscapes in Tanzania. Nestled near the Ngorongoro Crater, where the oldest human remains on Earth have been found, this land has hosted human life longer than almost anywhere else.
It is also home to the Hadzabe, among the last hunter-gatherer communities in the world. Spending time here changes the pace at which you think.
Highlights
Leadership embodiment workshops. Experiential, not lectures. A direct experience of presence and power, not a technique to memorize
Fire circles and forest ceremony
Fly camping under the open sky, one night under bright stars
The opportunity to meet the Hadzabe, one of the last hunter-gatherer communities on Earth
Your own portrait session. Let your presence be captured
A full-day safari into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on Earth
Massages, natural swimming, lakeshore walks, and mornings of stillness
Organic cuisine, luxury tents, a pool, and a setting that feels like a lost paradise
What you return with
Women leave The Primal Code carrying something the people around them can feel, even if they cannot name it.
A reclaimed sense of the body as ally, not obstacle.
Permission to take up space. Real and felt, not theoretical.
Fire. The kind that was always there but had been buried under years of managing, achieving, and caring for everyone else.
A circle of women who have seen the real you, not the polished version, and love what they found.
Photographs of yourself that show you who you actually are. Many women cry when they see them.

Cindy Lobo
Inner Alignment & Embodiment Guide
Who leads the journey
Cindy created The Primal Code Experience from her own journey, after years of living in Northern Tanzania, deep immersion in Maasai culture and the land, and a personal awakening to the power of the feminine that she had spent years overriding in the pursuit of achievement.
She is a certified mBIT Master Coach and Trainer, cultural anthropologist, and the author of The Medicine: Personal Tales of Awakening and Inner Transformation. She guides with warmth, directness, sensuality, and the kind of presence that makes women feel safe enough to be real.
She has led women’s retreats and ceremonies for years. She knows this land intimately and she knows what women carry when they arrive.
